Warranty Policy

Full Warranty -

• 1 year free of charge for repairing since the date of your on-line registration: http://www.opti-ups.com.

• One way freight is covered when the products come back from OPTI-STORAGE to customers.

• The exception of full warranty consists of the following situations:

  The drives are
  1.tampered with or altered in any way,
  2.damaged by the customers,
  3.improperly used,
  4.are subjected to an adverse operating environment,
  5.are operated outside the limits of its electrical specifications
  6.have been used in a manner contrary to the products' operating manuals or
  other written instructions.

Out of Warranty -

• After 1 year since the date of your on-line registration, service fees and round-trip freight will be charged.
