How does the program work:
A Reseller of UPS products may purchase ONE of each of OPTI-UPS power system products for each store location PER YEAR. These UPS systems are offered at special discounted prices. The demonstration UPS products are listed on the Demonstration Product Order Form.

Demo Requirements:
We only ask that the UPS be operational and available to the public for a minimum of 60 days after shipment by OPTI-UPS. If a Reseller wants to sell the UPS after that period, they may do so. The Dealer Demo Program is limited to one unit of each model per twelve month period.

Call OPTI-UPS at 909-869-5700, and request for a Dealer Demo application. After the form is completed and faxed or mailed to OPTI-UPS along with a copy of your business permit. OPTI-UPS will process the information and ship the UPS to your business location immediately!

Demonstration Product Responsibilities
The following terms and conditions apply to all orders for Demonstration Products. OPTI-UPS products may be purchased at the special Demo price. Once you purchase a unit, you must keep it for 60 days, after which time you may sell it.

Qualification Criteria

  • Reseller must provide OPTI-UPS with a valid business permit reflecting the current business address for each location.

Rules

  • Demonstration products must be available for demonstration at all times in your showroom or selling area.
  • Demonstration products must be fully operational at all times.

All shipments are FOB OPTI-UPS's warehouse. Credit approval is necessary for all COD shipments, regardless of dollar amount. OPTI-UPS will ship and pay ground or truck as determined by OPTI-UPS. You must pay any additional charges if you want your shipment expedited.

If the Demonstration Products are returned before being used, there will be a restocking charge of 10%, and you will still be responsible for any freight charges incurred by OPTI-UPS to ship the Demonstration Products to you as well as freight charges to return the Demonstration Products to OPTI-UPS. Demonstration Products may not be returned to OPTI-UPS after they have been used. "Dealer Demo Program UPS products carry the full factory warranty from the date purchased by the Reseller. Upon Reseller's sale of the UPS product the balance of the warranty will transfer to the first purchaser only."

OPTI-UPS WILL NOT BE LIABLE TO ANY PARTY OF SPECIAL, INDIRECT OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

OPTI-UPS reserves the right to modify or terminate its Demonstration Product Program at anytime without notice or liability. The laws of the State of California, exclusive of choice of law rules, will govern this transaction. Your signature on the following pages means you agree to the above terms and conditions of sale.
